Our Why
63.1% of the world’s population is below the age of 39. But close to 15% of young people in just the Asia Pacific region remain unsuccessful in their jobs.
Of the workforce population, 70.6% identify as Christians. That’s where we found the need to bridge the gap between faith and leadership for young people to up their game in their own spheres!
Our mission is to help people realize their God-given potential and lead with purpose and conviction, impacting their communities and making a difference in the world. We believe in raising leaders who dare to dream big and are known for their integrity, excellence, and service.
We create impactful platforms—such as conferences, workshops, podcasts, and The Mighty Dream Academy—that bring together thought leaders, innovators, and professionals to share insights, inspire growth, and build a strong community of emerging leaders.
